7-8 Week Sessions

We offer most of the following classes in 7-8 week sessions.  Usually our students start at beginner or level 1 then work their way up to the RRebel (advanced) class in that discipline.

However, some classes are drop-in and you can register at any time! Drop ins include:  Bungee Fitness, Yoga, Flexibility Flow, Hips & Splits, Mom & Baby Yoga, Aerial Date NIghts, Kitten Yoga etc...
