FAQ's & Policies

Class tips!

- Do not apply lotions or oils the day of class to ensure proper grip

- Eat a light meal no sooner than 1 hour prior to class

- Stay hydrated throughout all classes and bring a water bottle!

How do I register for a class or workshop?

Pre registration for all of our classes is required - even for drop in classes. You can pre register through "book now" buttons on each page

If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to call us at 780-380-0022 or message our Facebook/Instagram page

What do I need to bring for my first pole class?

We recommend that you bring a water bottle, wear shorts, and be sure to remove all jewelry including necklaces, rings bracelets and anything else that has the potential to impede your grip and/or damage the poles

What do I wear for Aerial Silks and Aerial Yoga?

Capped sleeve t-shirts and leggings/yoga pants are a must (fabric burn hurts!). All visible jewelry & sharp edges such as zippers must be removed to avoid tearing the fabric. Long pointed fingernails may have to be taped when you arrive as they can puncture the fabric

Is this really something anyone can do?

Yes! We have developed classes for all fitness levels. Whatever you set your mind to do your body will follow with determination. All of our classes are friendly and welcoming, we strive to keep all of our students comfortable

When should I arrive?
Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class and make sure to fill out your waiver prior to your first class.  Following your first class, 5 minutes early is sufficient

What if I show up late?

If you show up 5 minutes after class has started you may be denied entry. It is very difficult for the instructor to manage and teach when students are showing up late. It can also be dangerous to you if your miss our mandatory 15 minute warm up. Injuries are much more likely to happen when muscles haven't had the chance to be properly warmed up prior to physical activity

Do classes get cancelled?

If less than 3 participants are registered or if an instructor is sick and can't find a substitution we may need to cancel classes from time to time. Check the schedule frequently! We will email, text or call if any cancellations occur

Can my partner or friend sit in and watch?

No, we do not allow anyone who isn't registered in the class to attend.  This is to be courteous to other students and ensure their comfort and safety.

What about injuries?

As with all sports there are risks of injury, all of our instructors are certified professionals and we ask that you listen to and follow their directions and safety advice

What class should I start in?

If you have never taken an aerial or pole fit class you will need to start in beginner, fundamentals or level 1. If you have taken classes elsewhere you will need to do a quick evaluation prior to registering to ensure we have you in the class that is best suited for you (please contact us to book an evaluation if this is the case)! This is to ensure everyone's safety

What If I am pregnant?

Unless the class is intended for prenatal participants, or is considered a low impact stretch & restore class, we ask that you do not participate in our fitness classes until you have reached 12 weeks post postpartum, or if your doctor has cleared you for attendance

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Classes:

When registering for a class, full payment is required either online or at the studio to reserve your spot in class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if a class does not have enough students, a credit will be applied to use in another class should your class be cancelled.

Classes are NON refundable, NON transferable and can not be moved to another session as your spot is reserved specifically for you!

We have a 3 strike rule: you are allowed 3 late cancellations (within 3 hours of the class) or no shows, after your 3rd late cancelation/no show you will be charged a $10 fee. If you are registered in a fully booked class and do not show up, you are talking a spot away from someone that could have used it

Parties:

When booking a party, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time, the remaining balance owing is due on the last business day one week before your party. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your party, we require at least 48 hours notice for you to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your party will forfeit your $150 deposit

Workshops:

No refunds are available for workshops and no moving spots around to different workshop times and dates are allowed, no exceptions

Private Lessons:

Please give the studio at least 48 hours notice or you will lose your payment
