Yoga

Our yoga instructor Erin is a 200hr certified yoga instructor.  She completed her teacher training in 2019, and has been practicing yoga since 2005. She is also a reiki master and massage student (soon to be RMT - February 2024). 

 

Erin has always had a passion for connection, healing, health, and movement.  She loves the connection, mindfulness and energy components of yoga as much as the physical benefits!

Her current classes are gentle flow, relaxing classes that give students a peaceful space to slow down and connect to their own bodies and breath, while stretching sore and tired muscles.  

 

Erin enjoys learning new modalities and skills.  She is currently completing training to offer Aerial Yin Yoga and looks forward to further developing her skills as a yoga instructor.

 

When Erin is not at work, she enjoys quality time with her kiddos, dogs, friends and family.  She also enjoys her own yoga practice, meditation, walking and being outside!
