Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop (Lyra) is a circular apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling or aerial rigging. Like Silks, Hammocks, and Pole, Lyra is often used in Cirque Style shows and fitness training. 

Join us for Beginner Lyra Hoop Classes with our Xpert Certified Instructor! You will learn all of the basics of this challenging aerial art, including how to grip, how to lift, and a wide variety of poses/shapes, both static and spinning! 

Lyra is one of the more challenging aerials to learn; but it is absolutely beautiful and rewarding! Come join us to feel empowered! 

** Please note that each hoop may be shared amongst 2 people. We have 4 hoops and class sizes of up to 8. Partners will be assigned based upon height of the student, as hoops are assigned according to height (hoop diameter defers accordingly).
